Welcome to Manday Tours. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any of our travel services. By booking with Manday Tours, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Payment: Full payment must be received 30 days before the commencement of your tour. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:
  • More than 60 days before the tour: Full refund minus deposit.
  • 30-60 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.

2. Changes to Booking

• Amendments by You: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
• Amendments by Us: In rare cases, we may need to make changes to your itinerary. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer comparable alternatives.

3. Travel Documents

• Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
• Health Requirements: You are responsible for meeting all health requirements, including vaccinations.

4. Insurance

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss of baggage.

5. Liability

• Our Responsibility: Manday Tours will exercise due care in selecting suppliers and ensuring that services are provided as described. However, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party providers.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and acts of terrorism.

6. Conduct

• Behavior: You are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour if your behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

7. Complaints

• Procedure: If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your tour guide or our local representative immediately. We will strive to resolve any issues promptly.

8. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Updates: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
